Fully paid attendees (typically an MSCA Member and their spouse, significant other, etc) are entitled to all events, services, and gifts: social Reception with 5 drink tickets for use at social reception or one of other sessions 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, Corps Chief Dinner, Sunday Memorial Service Brunch, gift swag bag with hoodie sweatshirt, and refreshments.
Hotel Reservation ($149.00 + taxes/fees (Same cost applies two days before/after; hotel parking is complimentary; attendee is responsible for transportation needs).
MSCA BMM Event ($160.00: Social reception (Thursday), 2 Breakfasts and Lunches (Friday-Saturday), Corps Chief’s Dinner (Saturday), Memorial Service Brunch (Sunday AM), 5 free drink tickets, gift swag bag with hoodie sweatshirt, and refreshments.

Air Force Academy: Cost: $35 Per person, Date: Friday, Pick Up Time: 1300 at the hotel; Hotel Lunch can be eaten on the bus ride to the location, Drop off time (back to the Hotel): 1700. When you arrive in Colorado Springs, don’t miss the opportunity to explore the breathtaking Air Force Academy campus and visit the modern architectural marvel that is the Cadet Chapel! This exclusive tour on Friday includes lunch and promises a memorable experience. The tour will begin at the Barry Goldwater Visitor Center with a captivating show in the theater. We’ll pay homage to our Vietnam Veterans at Doolittle Hall, then follow the Heritage Trail to the Southeast Asia Pavilion and Memorial Wall, offering a poignant reminder of our history. Next, we’ll visit Arnold Hall, a hub of social activity for cadets, where you can explore displays featuring the Tuskegee Airmen, Women in Leadership, and cadets-turned-astronauts. For the adventurous, a hike up the Chapel Trail to the Cadet Chapel promises both a unique perspective and an exhilarating physical challenge.
US Olympic Training Center: Cost: $35 Per person, Dates: Saturday, Pick Up Time: 1300 At the hotel: Hotel Lunch can be eaten on the bus ride to the location, Drop off time (back to the Hotel): 1700. Explore the US Olympic Training Center and see American athletes in action during the Summer Olympics year. These dedicated athletes are likely to be in peak condition after their endeavors in Paris, with some possibly achieving medal success. Gain valuable insight into the intense training and commitment needed for elite athletes, including those with military backgrounds. The tour, scheduled for Saturday, includes lunch before or during the bus ride and a guided visit with a joint ticket to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center. Additionally, the Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center offers a Resident Program, allowing approved athletes to live on-site or in the local community. Witness firsthand how our US Olympic athletes prepare themselves for the ultimate competition!
