2022 USAF MSC Biennial Membership Meeting (Reunion, Business Meeting, and Education Session)

WELCOME to the 2022 USAF MSC Association (MSCA) Biennial Membership Meeting (Reunion, Business, Meeting, and Education Session), 27-30 Oct! It will be our member’s 30th Year as an Association! We are excited to unite members: friends and colleagues in person. Our team has planned a series of exciting educational, fun-filled, and memorable events. Non-Members may attend provided they become a member prior to registration or at time of registration.

Here’s an update on the Registration and Reservations for Members.

1. Event Dates: 27–30 October (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
2. Location: Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area, 1805 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL  32830
3. Hotel Rate: Cost Per Night: $134.00 + taxes/fees (Same cost applies two days before and after). NOTE:  You will see a $35 resort fee added to your bill. This is an error and will waived when you check out.
4. Shoulder Days: The same rate will be provided for 25-26 October (Tuesday and Wednesday); 31 Oct-1 Nov (Sunday and Monday)

9. Hotel Parking: A daily fee of $15 will be required. You may come and go as many times as possible without additional charges.
10. Transportation: Transportation from the airport to the hotel will not be provided.
